  • Delivery is FREE to Mainland UK on all orders in area A/B

 

  • Place an order before 12:30 pm Monday to Friday and you’ll receive your order in 1-3 working days samples may be 3-4 days  (weekend and bank holidays excluded).

 

  • We’ll contact you a 1-hour delivery window by text message on the day of delivery to make sure you don’t have to wait around.

 

  • Receive your order even when you are not at home.  We allow the delivery to be left in a safe place. In any case, please provide instructions during checkout for when you not going to be home. This will be at the customer own risk, no claim can be made for items left at customers instruction.

 

  • We will do our best to deliver within our delivery times, unfortunately once your item has left the factory it’s out of our control but will do our best to resolve any problems.
